Weddings

  1. Ginger House Garden Wedding Terms and Conditions will be presented to clients at the time of quotation.

Gift Bouquets/Fresh Flowers

  1. Gift bouquets are subject to availability. General availability is March - October.

  2. Orders for gift bouquets must be placed 48 hours before collection or delivery, at a minimum.

  3. Every gift bouquet is unique, we cut the best of what is flowering on the day to be included in our arrangements and therefore cannot guarantee specific flower varieties.

  4. Ginger House Garden bouquets are susceptible to temperature and lack of hydration. We accept no responsibility for the deterioration of flowers if they are placed in direct sunlight or not provided with fresh hydration.

  5. Photographs used on the website are for illustrative purposes of size and style only. We reserve the right to use flowers based on seasonal availability and quality.

  6. Please note some flowers may be harmful or poisonous. Please do not eat flowers and avoid contact with children and animals.

  7. We pride ourselves on the quality of our flowers, however if you are not satisfied with your order complaints must be made within 24 hours of receipt. At our discretion we may offer a replacement or a refund, dependent on specific circumstances.

  8. Should you wish to cancel your order at least 48 hours notice of the collection/delivery day must be given in order to receive a full refund. If an order is cancelled less than 48 hours before intended collection/delivery day payment will be forfeited.

  9. Collection is from our designated collection point at Horncliffe Mill Farm, TD15 2XT.

  10. Delivery is available on a Thursday within a 15 mile radius. Deliveries beyond this area are at our discretion and will incur an additional delivery fee.

  11. It is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct delivery information, Ginger House Garden accepts no responsibility for non-delivery if incorrect information is provided.

  12. If a recipient is not available for delivery the arrangement will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Flowers are left at your own risk and Ginger House Garden accepts no responsibility once delivery has been made.

  13. In the rare event that we are unable to provide a gift bouquet or service that has been ordered/booked the customer will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund provided.

  14. In the event of sudden illness, severe weather conditions or other acts of God beyond our control which inhibit our ability to deliver flowers or adequately perform our services Ginger House Garden will not be held responsible.

Workshops

  1. Workshop bookings are confirmed by full payment upon booking.

  2. Workshop bookings are non-refundable. You may send someone else in your place if you are unable to attend.

  3. Ginger House Garden reserves the right to cancel a workshop in the light of unforeseen circumstances. In this case the full booking payment will be refunded, however Ginger House Garden does not accept responsibility for travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred.

  4. Ginger House Garden reserves the right to take photographs during workshops to be used for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be included in workshop photographs this must be indicated upon booking.

  5. Food provided on our workshops is made in a kitchen where allergens may be present. You are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or intolerances prior to the workshop.

Shop Policy (excluding workshops and fresh flowers)

Delivery

Delivery is available to UK mainland ONLY. All items will be sent via Royal Mail.

Delivery charges are as follows:

£3 for gift vouchers and cards only

£5 for other items or a mixed order

Payment

Online payments are accepted by credit and debit cards via Stripe. We never store your card details. Unfortunately payment cannot be taken over the phone.

Refunds

We hope you love your products. However, if you are not satisfied please email info@gingerhousegarden.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your items to request a refund or exchange. Any product returned must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return delivery charge(s). If a product arrives damaged please let us know as soon as you receive your parcel with photographic proof so a replacement or refund can be organised.
